The fast growing international music business conference and exhibition, the KZN Music Imbizo, is calling for interested companies and organisations within the music and related industries to take part as exhibitors
The KZN Music Imbizo, an annual music business conference and exhibition that takes place in Durban (at the Moses Mabhida Stadium suites) from Thursday August 25 till Saturday August 27 is calling for interested companies and organisations to be part of the exhibition element of the conference.
The 8th KZN Music Imbizo is themed: “Africa, my beginning …” and will be a platform to create dialogue amongst a number of countries within the continent about opportunities that exists within our own borders. From Botswana, Namibia to Nigeria and Ghana, the dialogue will be how do we sustain and build a thriving music business industry.
The exhibition space is mainly aimed at music entrepreneurs and small to medium companies that are looking to introduce their products to potential clients and other businesses. They will get a chance to engage all KZN Music Imbizo visitors. This is one of the free entry spaces where we expect a walk in audience of over 1000 a day – peaking on Saturday.
Over the years, the KZN Music Imbizo has hosted a number of industry organisations and companies like KwaZulu Natal United Music Industry Association (KUMISA), uKhozi FM, MAPPP SETA (now CATHS SETA), CIPRO (now CIPC), SHEER Publishing, Department of Arts and Culture (National), Boston Media House (Umhlanga Campus) and many others.
The exhibition space for small and medium companies includes a 2m/2m (4 square metre) white wall with 2 chairs, 1 table, 2 spotlights, 1 plug point and fascia name (letters up to 24) at a cost of R900.00.
