With its motto “Talent without limits!” at the heart of its philosophy the Tebogo Kgobokoe Arts Academy (TKAA) is shifting arts education in South Africa. A first-of-its-kind specialised dance education system, based in the North West Province, TKAA caters for artistically talented students, specifically in dance, from Grade R to Grade 12.

Opened in 2016, TKAA was founded by dance icon, businesswoman and principal of TKAA Tebogo Kgobokoe. Kgobokoe remains the undefeated South African Professional Ballroom Champion, as well as the undefeated Latin American South African Champion seven consecutive times and a world class professional Latin American Finalist.

TKAA successfully combines the uncompromising academic standards of the international Cambridge curriculum with an exclusive dance-training programme that offers five compulsory dance styles, examined by international dance bodies. TKAA has both a primary school (Grade R – Grade 7) and a High School (Grade 8 -12) and offers boarding facilities
