What better way to chill out on a Sunday morning than in the tranquil urban space of IT Corner in Melville while listening to the ambient light classical sounds of Gauteng Opera. During interval, you can enjoy a tasty brunch with family and friends. The soloists of Gauteng Opera will entertain you with music fitting for this special setting in Melville. Songs during this morning’s concert will include hits such as Torna a Surriento, Granada, Funiculi Funicula, Core ‘ngrato, La ci darem la mano from Don Giovanni, Some enchanted evening from South Pacific and Remember from the movie, Troy.

Performing on 30 April will be the talented Gauteng Opera soloists, Litho Nqai (soprano), Khayakazi Madlala (soprano), Zita Pretorius (soprano), Godfrey Lepholletsa (tenor), Chuma Sijeqa (baritone) and Solly Motaung (baritone). They will be joined on stage by younger artists, Lindo Maso (tenor), Kanyiso Kula (tenor) and Tshepo Masuku (baritone) and accompanied on piano by Andrew Duncan.
