Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure administrative compliance for the Incubation Programmes
  • Oversee weekly financial expenditures for the Incubation Programmes
  • Work closely with the Incubator Project Administrators on the various programmes
  • Co-ordinate all relevant information for the quarterly and final reports for the Incubation Programmes
  • Maintain a filing system for all documentation relating to the Incubation Programmes
  • Administer financial systems in line with MTF financial policies and procedures
  • Assign and coordinate resources for Incubation Programmes
  • Manage all planning, logistics and co-ordination in relation to the Incubation Trade Fair
  • Ensure that all events relating to the Trade Fair are adequately managed
  • Assume responsibility for the management of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities relating to the Production Department as and when required

Key Competence Requirements:

  • Diploma in administration
  • 2-3 years’ experience in office administration
  • Computer literacy
  • Report writing
  • Project management experience will be advantageous
  • Ability to cope with pressure
  • Interpersonal skills
