On Saturday morning’s edition of Saturday’s Role With Reno, host Renos Spanoudes spoke to Jill Girard about Cinderella at The People’s Theatre.
Perhaps one of the most-loved classics has to be Cinderella, the “rags to riches” fairy tale about a poor kitchen maid who marries her prince and lives happily ever after. And Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo is probably one of the most popular Disney songs, sung by a fairy godmother who’s there to make dreams come true.
Now theatre lovers young and old will get the chance to see Disney’s treasured animated film charm its way to the stage, fairy godmother and mice in tow at the People’s Theatre in June and July.
“The timeless fairy tale is set to become a new audience favourite in Disney’s Cinderella Kids, an adaptation of the treasured animated film that will charm its way into your heart and remind audiences that A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes and really can come true,” said Jill Girard & Keith Smith, who add this production of Cinderella Kids to their 25-year repertoire.
